These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pink Trumpet website (pinktrumpet.in) and any purchase you make through it (together, the "Services"). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Sarees
Every saree is individually photographed and described as accurately as we can manage. Because fabric, weave and dye can behave slightly differently in different lighting, and because screens vary from device to device, small differences between what you see online and what arrives are normal and are not treated as defects.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may revise prices at any time without prior notice, though a price change never affects an order you've already placed and paid for. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways; we do not see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorised.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across India and also ship internationally. Orders are checked and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch, and international shipments within approximately 10-12 business days, subject to customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges levied by their own country. 4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it by writing to us at support@pinktrumpet.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 79962 31315, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. After 15 minutes, your order moves into processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Because our sarees are handwoven and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. For orders delivered within India, we accept a return only if the saree arrived with severe transit damage, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item. To request a return, write to support@pinktrumpet.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 79962 31315 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, clear photos of the issue and an unboxing video. If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. We will send a replacement if the same saree is in stock; if not, you will receive store credit for the full amount, which never expires. If you received the wrong item, or the damage cannot be repaired and we cannot replace the saree, we will refund your original payment method.
All orders shipped outside India are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
5. Product Care
Our sarees are dry clean only. Please avoid harsh detergents, bleach or machine washing. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, storage or everyday wear and tear is not covered by our return policy.
6. Product Inspection
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, together with your order number and clear photographs, so we can resolve it quickly.
7. Product Availability
Because pieces are produced in limited quantities, a saree can occasionally sell out between when you add it to cart and when you complete payment - adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll offer you a similar piece, store credit, or a full refund for that item, whichever you prefer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site - including photography, saree designs, brand name, logo, and written descriptions - belongs to Pink Trumpet and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written permission.
9. Fraud Prevention & Acceptable Use
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorised payment, misuse of a promotion, or false information. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, scrape, or interfere with its normal operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Trumpet is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, including delivery delays or errors caused by information you provided.
11. Force Majeure
We won't be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government action or other emergencies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, policies or the law. The version posted on this page is always the current one, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
